FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Product & Sourcing

Where are your mushrooms grown?

All of our dried culinary mushrooms are grown by us in Idaho using small-batch cultivation methods.  Most mushrooms used in our extracts are also grown by us. For select varieties we do not currently cultivate, we source from trusted providers who meet our quality standards.

What is a double-extracted tincture?
Double extraction uses both hot water and alcohol to extract a broader range of beneficial compounds from the mushroom. This method captures both water-soluble and alcohol-soluble constituents for a more complete extract.

Why do your tinctures contain alcohol?
Alcohol extracts compounds that water alone cannot and helps preserve potency and shelf stability. The final alcohol percentage ensures the extract remains stable over time.

How long do tinctures last?
When stored in a cool, dark place, tinctures typically remain stable for 2–3 years.

How to Use

How do I take tinctures?
Most people take 1–2 dropperfuls daily. Tinctures can be taken directly or added to tea, coffee, or water.

Can I take multiple mushroom products together?
Yes. Many customers combine products depending on their goals, such as focus support during the day and calming support in the evening.

How long until I notice results?
Some people notice effects within days. For others, benefits build gradually with consistent daily use over several weeks.

Are your products safe for children or during pregnancy?
Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or giving to children.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $70.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of ingestible products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll work to resolve it.
